Actividades del Grupo

El grupo de "Tratamiento Sustitutivo de la Función Renal" está constituido fundamentalmente por especialistas en Nefrología con dedicación prácticamente exclusiva a la clínica, cubriendo todas las facetas de la especialidad y las áreas de tratamiento de técnicas continuas de reemplazo renal, hemodiálisis, diálisis peritoneal y trasplante renal. En el grupo hay miembros considerados como "referentes" en la comunidad científica española en las áreas de Insuficiencia Renal Aguda, Trasplante renal y Diálisis Peritoneal.

Parte de la producción científica se ha basado en la difusión científica (Edición de dos libros y decenas de capítulos), artículos de revisión y originales sobre temas de nefrología clínica, trastornos del medio interno y trasplante renal.
